Hi Neil,

Yes it works...
At list on my Clie (different model). http://www.raoult.com/palm
explains everything about my setup (I just added a few minutes ago the
2.4 kernel masquerading option, but I still did not test it - too lazy
to compile today!), but at least pinging the linux box itself is fine
(pinging the outside should be ok for 2.4 kernels with this last
option).

Could you check everything again, just to be sure?

PS. I don't understand your sentence: "and the Clie can connect just
fine". What does it mean for you, as the rest of your messages clearly
states that you are not connected at all (you should at least ping your
PPP peer)?
