I upgraded my kernel to the 2.6.0-test9 from the stock redhat 2.4.8
kernel, now I'm not able to hotsync, previously I've been able to
hotsync using jpilot and a hole lot of nothing else.
tail -f /var/log/messages gives me:

assigned address 13

This looks different than it used to, it used to mention clie here I'm
fairly sure.
I'm not able to hotsync whatsoever, /dev/pilot is linked to /dev/ttyUSB0
and has appropriate permissions set (in fact it's blown wide open at the
moment). I haven't tried pilot-link and coldsync etc since they never
worked for me to begin with, the only thing that has ever worked was
jpilot with the device name blank.
lsusb gives me this:

All in all this looks good, so I don't understand why I'm not able to
hotsync?
