Hi All, I'm about to start porting a couple small programs that I did on the Palm to GPE/Familiar so I was wondering what environment most people use for application development. The www.handhelds.org website suggests that the preferred methods are 1) native development, 2) using the compile farm, and 3) cross compilation. Does Intimate need to be installed to do native development or can I use Familiar? It seems that OpenEmbedded (which would be choice 3) is being adopted as a standard but I'm not sure if that's only for kernel development or for applications as well. As a separate question, does anyone use wxGPE (and, is it any good) or should I stick to GTK2? Thanks! -- Wade Guthrie [email protected]
