If I am correct it was mentioned that it might be wise to contact the GPE
contributors personally as they might not all follow this list anymore to see
if they agree with this move. I think this would be wise to avoid "I did not
know about this move thing" discussions in the future. However one can assume
that if there was some interest left from those contributors they might still
be following this list..
