It seems to me you could keep three or four experienced developers busy for six months and get most of this done. But that is just a random uninformed opinion. What I can say is that if you are able to release often there is a good chance that some folks (myself included) will be happy to test your stuff. Either way best of luck with kicking off your project and getting your partners on board. Your product sounds quite interesting.
