Two separate GPE projects?

I'm terribly confused.  There's a large, impressive-looking site at
http://gpe.handhelds.org/, which lists a mailing list and all manner of
other things.  But the CVS repository says it's unused and tells me to go to
http://gpe.linuxtogo.org/, which has a whole separate mailing list and such.

Is http://gpe.handhelds.org/ still used for anything?  Should I just ignore
that site entirely, and rely on the linuxtogo site instead?  Any particular
reason the handhelds.org site hasn't been shutdown and/or redirected to the
linuxtogo site?
