In other words, it didn't work at all, right? ;-) Which is
quite expectable, because in embedded world, you usually cannot run
kernel for one device on another (architectures or their details
differ too much).

HH.org community has great deal of experience porting Linux
kernel to various devices (more than fifty ports were made, of
different status of course). I guess by now it's fair to say that if
port is done right, in a month it can easily reach B- status per wiki
