iPAQ 3660 not responding to anything after being unused for several months

Hi, I have an old 3660 ipaq with familiar linux in it. It was left unused for several months and now it is not showing anything life in it. If I plug charger to it, power led starts to blink. If I press the reset button, led will turn off and start blinking again after I release the button. That is all I can get out of it, it seems that I can't turn that on. Screen is showing nothing, there is no serial output, power led only blinks.
