I have similar issues with my ipaq H3890, where I could not find some
radius packages.  I fixed it by getting the proper package name from the
output of ipkg list as follows:
run
# ipkg update
to update your package list
Then try to find he package with
ipkg list | grep reader
which may indicate a slightly different name than the one you are
trying.
