RE: ipaQ H2200 + CF card

I struggled for a while with booting from a CF card and concluded that it
just doesn't work with some types of card. I had the same problem booting
via Haret and when booting from a filesystem on the card. If I remember
correctly, sys logs from early in the boot process show that the device is
not recognised by the kernel at that stage, although it works fine once
Familiar is fully booted (from some other media).

I'd suggest you use a card that someone else has reported success with or
else switch to SD. SD cards seem to work fine.

Thanks for the input, I tried that, but still nothing...
I don't think there's something wrong with my ext2 partition or my image; I
tried with the /boot image, I re-partitionned and re-formated twice, and
since I sent that log file, I replaced Haret-0.5.1 with the last one
(haret-20080726f.exe) from http://handhelds.org/~koconnor/haret/.

I don't know what else to try...
