This may or may not help. I can use my Linksys card in Familiar, more or less (frame and multicast errors but I can still network), using their OTB (out of the box) config. I am still having issues getting Intimate to boot w/o resetting the linuxargs each time so I don't remember if there were issues with that, however, in RH and Mandrake systems I need to download and install the linux-wlan-ng drivers/stuff (http://www.linux-wlan.com/linux-wlan/)to get it working (more or less, networks fine, shows up in the ifconfig fine, but doesn't show up in the iwconfig and don't know if it should). You might try that if you are not getting it to work otherwise, I installed that and it was working right away (don't forget to tweek the config files listed in the readme). If that doesn't work there was something in the Familiar email listings (might have been six months ago) about a tweek that was used before to make Linksys wireless cards work and that might have some clues. I'm so lazy that the distro version incorporated it before I got around to figuring it out so I'm no help there. Good Luck. Craig
