I used the file '720degreees-debian-sarge-base-j720.tar.bz2' along with the
modules file 'modules-2.4.32-j720-10.tar.bz2' plus the other required files.

I didn't touch the xorg.conf files....but I do get the same 2 error messages
you show above. However, still IceWM works.

Hmmm...don't get these error messages....
