Hello, I followed instructions on http://www.handhelds.org/projects/jornada56x.html to install linux on a 64M HP Jornada 565. I grabbed the linked version of BootBlaster-j56x.exe and bootldr-j56x-64M-2.21.12.bin I copied them on a CF card, and put it in the jornada. I ran BootBlaster, saved the original bootloader, installed the ``program'' bootldr-j56x-64M-2.21.12.bin, waited for it to finish, and then ``verified'' the installation. I then pressed the ``reset switch'' on the back of the Jornada. The winCE image disappeared, and then nothing. Connecting a serial cable on the Jornada does nothing. Running ``cu -l /dev/cuad0 -s 115200'' on the host machines shows ``Connected'', and then nothing. Pressing the buttons on the PDA does not seem to have any effect. md5 checksums of the files I used: bb1a3ec6a35826f954bba4d7717029a2 BootBlaster-j56x.exe 1d81582dcaef677cdbd1675218061594 bootldr-j56x-64M-2.21.1 2.bin 9269b21d08523022273d2a617c6274c2 bootopie-v0.8.4-h3900.tar If you have any clue on what I could try and do, I would appreciate it. --Vincent
