Problems with xkbd

Hi guys, I'm having problems with xkbd that I would like to see if you have any clue to help me: - xkbd only works the second time I started it. - I would like to know how can I put xkbd in monolaunch like that: xkbd -k /usr/local/share/xkbd/bug.xkbd. - How do I create an keyboard without the lateral "title"?
