Ok, Cool. Beware the desktop and panel ( to a degree ) are a little
more demanding than the window manager.

This is fixed in CVS and will be in the soon to be released 0.8 matchbox. 

You can give it a spin by downloading and running the *alpha* quality
build script;

You absolutely positively need at least automake 1.7 and libtool 1.5
for it to work ( this is only a requirement when building from CVS ).

Check the source of the script for configuration. 

Id really appreciate anyone with a few cpu cycles to spare running
this script and providing feedback. I hopeing what is in CVS is 0.8!

Hmm, Thats odd if everything else is appearing ok. I must admit I
havn't tested on an 8bit display for a long time.

I rewrote the message windows rendering so it could already be fixed.
