[Ann] Matchbox 0.8 Released

Release notes for Matchbox 0.8 "Papa Jenks"

   The Matchbox project team is proud to announce the release of
   Matchbox 0.8 - a base environment for the X Window System on
   non-desktop embedded platforms such as handhelds, set-top boxes,
   kiosks and anything else for which screen space, input mechanisms
   or system resources are limited.

Features of this release

     * New modular package structure, improved binary naming and
       improved build system.
     * Bleeding edge X Composite Extension support.
     * Panel in titlebar support.
     * New font abstraction layer, giving optional Pango
       internationalised text rendering support throughout.
     * Updated documentation.
     * Many many other bug fixes and minor improvements.
