Suppressing Folders

I've created a special set of folders for each of my kids so that they have easy access to age-appropriate programs. But obviously, I wanted to eliminate the System folder and a few other things. I tried this in the obvious way - make a local copy (under ~/.matchbox) of the vfolders directory and then change the description files. That seems to work. The System folder is indeed gone, along with the other folders I removed. However, all the apps that used to be in those folders are now showing up in the Other... folder, which is not explicitly included in any of the description files. Can anybody suggest how to go about having the Other... folder presented? Or is there a different way to eliminate the 'dangerous' applications from the icon interface? -- Jefficus "There was no such person as Mrs. Wayne Wilmot; there was only an empty shell filled with the opinions of her friends."
