Eek. Seems the matchbox package has been built 'standalone' ( meaning
its ugly and does not support themeing but has fewer deps ).

With Debian being primarily for desktop systems, you very well likely
dont want a standalone build. Standalone is really only for testing
use where you want a quick easy to install wm on a new device or the
device is *really* limited ( eg < 100Mhz ).

If you want to try Matchbox out then by all means use the debs - they
should be set up to have a nice 'balance' of compile time features.

If you want to use MB more seriously ( eg on a handheld, kiosk etc ),
then Id recommend building from source as you can then really tailor
MB features and deps to whatever platform you're targetting.

I've contacted him via IRC and he's going to make some new 0.9
packages with this fixed :)
