It really difficult to know what is happening here. I never seen this
happen myself nor heard of a similar situation. It very unlikely for a
user space program to lock the entire system ( Im assuming you cant ssh
in? ).

Are you running just matchbox window manager ? or other matchbox apps
? What configure flags did you use ?
