Hi all, Ok, I got alpha1 up and running. Sadly enough my usb-networking still does not work. I was hoping it might be a software issue which would be resolved with the new version. However, the USB-port does not seem active at all. When I plug the Z in, I should at least get an entry when issuing lsusb, shouldn't I? That is not the case, other USB hardware works fine on my desktop pc. Opie-sh usbnet-control complains about module "usb_eth" not found. Which one might that be? All relevant kernel modules seem to be installed but the only ones running are ohci_hcd and usbcore. Trying to start the interface via the Network Settings dialog results in "starting interface failed". Any idea on where to look? Wireless LAN is working fine, btw. -- YT, Michael ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by xPML, a groundbreaking scripting language that extends applications into web and mobile media.
