Your reply to the digest in reply to the message I've quoted above showed up 
in a new thread.  I'm replying to this message rather than that one.

Is this correct?  In that case, flashing your Zaurus with OpenZaurus will 
replace the software you're currently using with something completely 
different, and upgrading just the kernel is likely to make your machine not 
work.  I would suggest you don't do this.

You might get more help from someone who knows what they're talking about in 
the Sharp Roms forum[1] on OESF.
