I'm replying to this message rather than that one. >From your other message, it sounds like you're using the stock Sharp software. Is this correct? In that case, flashing your Zaurus with OpenZaurus will replace the software you're currently using with something completely different, and upgrading just the kernel is likely to make your machine not work. I would suggest you don't do this. You might get more help from someone who knows what they're talking about in the Sharp Roms forum[1] on OESF.
