Cross-compile lack of gsl

Hi,

I'm trying to compile some code for an OPIE application using arm-linux-gcc 
3.4.1 cross compiler. The original code include library "gsl/gsl_min.h". I 
have installed gsl_1.4-r0_arm.ipk on my ipaq already. May I know how I can 
import necessary files for my cross compiler and compile the code? Thank you 
very much.
