Well, but how to fix it it depends on Familiar. Opie versioning scheme, based on the idea that each package has version == Opie's version, in fact confuses the matters in this situation. For libopie2, almost the only changes that happen are additions of new devices support. That means that 1.2.2 tag of it just has more devices supporte than 1.2.1. But as Familiar 0.8.4 comes with Opie 1.2.1, it uses libopie2 1.2.1, plus some patches to it. How well these patches do, can be seen from reports for both h2200 & hx4700 that keys don't work. So, would you consider switching Familiar to use 1.2.2 of libopie2 (yet better, even more recent CVSDATE)? > Rene -- Best regards, Paul mailto:[email protected]
