I will gladly take care of 1847. 1849 has no known issues against it and
is just staying open to track any that crop up. I will attempt to try to
find any new Q_EXPORTs while I am taking care of the rest.

There are quite a few patches from Marex that are just going to have to
wait for 1.2.4. They are just to volatile at this time. So we ought to
open a new 1.2.4 bug and start attaching those patches to them.
Otherwise, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The speeding
train is ahead! Hrm, I mean the end of the 1.2.3 release cycle is almost
here!
