Problem syncing

First off, I'm not 100% sure this is the appropriate place to ask this 
question..   I'm a bit of a newbie.

I picked up this Zaurus Sl-5500 a couple of weeks ago and have been trying 
to get this to sync properly with my work computer which is running outlook. 
Zaurus is running OPIE 1.2.1 and OpenZaurus 3.5.4.

I attempt at first to use Qtopia 1.7.  But time zones are a problem and some 
other problem with duplicating calendar entries..   I switched to 
Intellisync.

I'm having some successfull syncs, but I'm having an annoying problem..

Everytime I sync my handheld asks me to allow or deny the connect.   I'd say 
I have to hit allow probably 40 times in a full sync.     This was not a 
problem with Qtopia desktop.

I've looked every place I could find.  Am I just beating a dead horse?
