It should be Type II. The difference between the 2 is the maximum height of the card, and has nothing to do with electronics. So if your microdrive fits, it's Type II. I used to have one of the Compaq CF sleeves with the screen cover and additional battery (no idea what the model was) and was able to use a microdrive with no problem. It is a snug fit, but had no problems inserting or removing it.
