The right-click (aka right-on-hold) is standard behaviour. In application code 
you can disable this using QPEApplication::setStylusOperation(). As far as I 
am aware the Opie launcher does not support drag and drop, however you could 
possibly patch in support yourself.

If you mean the application icons, you need to only be installing the .desktop 
files for the applications you are installing. Usually they are installed into 
/opt/QtPalmtop/apps/.
