Hello,
I managed to get Linux and Opie running on my Palm Tungsten E. As you proba=
bly=20
know, many Palm devices have a touchscreen that is bigger than the display.=
=20
The "off-screen" area is used for handwriting on the original PalmOS=20
software. On opie I can only use handwriting if I open the applet which=20
consumes space on the rather small 320x320 screen. Is there a way to use th=
e=20
touchscreen parts outside the display the way they're used on PalmOS?

The other use of this touchscreen space is for a sort of button that perfor=
ms=20
some actions or open apps. This makes only limited sense with the opie GUI=
=20
because the bottom menu bar always makes the same features available anyway.

Thanks,
Stefan D=F6singer
