Re:Abandoning Palm, moving to what? Android?

Hi tombalazs, 
I'm in a similar situation - hooked on my T5. Have done a lot of research on what is out there to buy and have stressed out due to the possibility that my T5 might die on me and leave me in the lurch. My main dependency, as with lots of other diehard Palm fans, is Datebk. I can't and won't do without it. What I decided to do was buy Pimlical which is supposed to be even better than Datebk. I haven't had a chance to play with it yet but I have great faith in CESD and I'm just following him. This decision has resulted in my Palm being backed up on my Vista laptop and onto Pimlical (I was tied to my old desktop before) and now I feel safe. Hopefully my Palm will keep on going until we find out what platform Pimlical will become available on or until I decide on a very small handheld computer 
 - perhaps the Dell 5"(?). It has taken me a long time to become this settled.
