And a JB phone is not sufficient in itself. While 90% of the Pimlical (not DateBk6) is platform independent, the user interface must be customized for each platform, as well as the database (Pimlical uses MS Access database on Windows; it would need a different database on each platform). So the only way you could get Pimlical for a jailbroken iPhone would be for CESD to write a version for the Java runtime available for JB iPhones. If he did that he could sell it through the Cydia store (http://cydia.saurik.com/) or other venues.
