I'm not modifying anything. The author has my money, still don't have a
registration key, and still haven't heard from him.

I don't know what subject line or content you used when you emailed them,
but I'd be surprised if the Spam filter reacted solely to an Earthlink email
address.
So I'm simply suggesting try a different subject line or whatever.

It's strange that you have no desire to try a simple step like that proposed
above when , as you say, you have parted with money and got no
satisfaction.  It would take less time than the time you've already spent
posting to this group (who have repeatedly verified for you  that the
company is still in business and giving people service).

I'm sure that there is a non sinister explanation for why you've not heard
from Pimlico.
