The easiest way I've found is set up a different repeat for each series -- 1st Sunday is one, 2nd is another, etc. I do that for meetings that happen the 1st and 3rd Wednesday -- it takes two repeating appointments. The Last Sunday one is more difficult. Only way I know is each month a new event, or make one for 4th Sunday, then go to each 5-Sunday month and modify that month's event to the correct date.
