What is the easiest way to set up these repeats?

every Sunday we have church

on the 2nd Sunday of the month..we have another church visiting ours

on the 4th Sunday of the month..we have another church visiting ours
and
on the last Sunday of the month (which is sometimes the 4th Sunday)-we
have a shorter service/potluck lunch.

What is the easiest way to set up these repeats?
