Google batch failure P/D

P/D 1.3.23, P/A (the latest version,my phone's not with me right now)
Sprint EVO 2.3. (4?)
Window's 7

I don't use P/D during the summer, just don't need it but fired itup to start putting the kid's school calendars in my phone/deskop. From the first sync with Google I got a "Batch Operation Failure" with dozens of appointments like the one below. For better or worse I used the move to set the flags all dirty. Now I have 2000 appointments syncing with my phone (oops) but I still get the Batch failure, eg below. I don't know how to fix this.
