Error: File read error

Hi, I just installed the Pimlical.
 When I am trying to change something in "Date/Time" Preferences I get pop-up:
 

 Pimlical: v.1.21.74
 ERROR: File Read Error
 Eror reading TimeZone file:
 java.lang.NuiiPointerException  

 

 Any hint(help)?
