I started out using the SHE method years ago, morphed to electronic methods when PDA's became affordable and had more memory. It was my first really workable "system". I put a sequential number in the upper left hand corner, the recurrence frequency (if any) in the upper right corner and listed no more than five items per card. It worked well when I had separate systems for my work and personal lives but when I started selling real estate, I wanted everything in one system and it became more cumbersome. It was at about that time that I started using my first Casio electronic organizer. Tammy Tamara L.
