Mike I have the full version now and
I was wondering what the BeezyBigKeys.prc is used for.

Also I like your idea on using the projects as
folders, and I'm totally with you as far as being productive. The getting started page came after I
had installed it in the first place but after exchanging some emails with the
developers I got a strong feeling of its worth.

I'm not a HanDBase user and since I
don't sync my Palm TX with the desktop I have bought Beezy as a standalone
application for palm.

Ok, I have been more productive than ever the last week.
It turns that by using this software a daily planning/review habit grows and I like it. I manage to finish a lot of pending tasks with the help of beezy.
The software forces you to plan your day and in my opinion due to the design of the "focus screen" you actually pursue to finish the daily tasks. What I mean by force is that you set a plan hour and a reminder pops up telling you that it is time to plan. It will automatically snooze to 30min (i think is 30 I have to check).

What amazed me is the way of the switching from a group of tasks, either context oriented or Folder/Project oriented.

Honestly I have never applied the 43 folders concept, but with beezy you can easily do that. Up to now I have added some "weekly tasks" and "monthly tasks" as projects/folder.

My next move is to use the Active focus screen more effectively.
The focus screen is divided to Today's tasks and to Next Actions (called active tasks).
The past few days I managed to enter all my projects and I set

This week I will try to keep fewer Next Actions, so the screen doesn't get to full.

I have a better filling of handling things and I catch myself with a smile on my face as tasks go away of the screen.
