T3 Repair

I have a T3 that's starting to lose battery life and also needs a new on/off switch. The battery I could replace myself, but the on/off switch requires very precise soldering and parts.

Is http://www.palmdr.com the place to use, or are their comopetitors?  Anyone use them recently that could make a guess for the price?

Also I'm in Canada, and would prefer a place upi here,to avoid cross border duty costs.
