Palm Desktop and Hotsync DO run with 64-bit systems; I have been using both on 64-bit Windows 7 since November 2009. USB Hotsync does not work on 64-bit systems because the Palm USB driver is 32-bit only. You can still Hotsync via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. I use Network Hotsync via Wi-Fi on my home computer. Palm Desktop -- including Hotsync -- explicitly does not run with 64-bit operating systems.
