I do see the number 41 right beside unfiled.  Guess I missed your question.  I have HS2.

It sounds to me like one way or another (for example bugs in earlier versions or who knows what) the "needed item counts" have gotten out of sync in the database.

You said you are using "HS2". Did you mean "HS3", or are you using an older version? The version you're using could make a difference.

You didn't say whether you're using Palm OS, or Windows Mobile and it makes a difference. Assuming you are using the latest HS3, then on Palm OS use the "Extra -> Fix Store Item Counts" menu command in HandyShopper's Preferences screen, or on Windows Mobile go to the Tools -> Options screen and go to the Advanced page and tap the "Fix Store Item Counts" button.

By the way, this is a free product.
