The only thing that asks for a pass code is the Handyshopper WIKI, and
that is only when you want to ADD content. A wiki is NOT a forum. You do
not "post" to a wiki to ask a question. You have already "posted" to
this "forum" (which is technically a mailing list that happens to have a
web interface).
A Wiki is a community managed web site of information for a topic. In
this case, the HSWiki is for HandyShopper content. No offense, but I'm
glad you couldn't register, as it seems likely that we would be cleaning
up a mess if you did.

After you enter the Preferences screen, you need to press your MENU
button again, to provide access to additional DROP DOWN MENUS. Menus are
things that are not normally filling the screen that have options that
lead to other things. I'm sure you've used them before. Well, the
Preferences screen/window has it's own special set of menus, including
the "Extras" menu that has a "Fix bold Stores" option that will
synchronize the numbers after the stores with what is really needed in
your database. I'm sure you can find it if you look around a little, and
remember that it's a MENU and not a button or tab on the screen.
