Hi David, Is this Treo Pro on WindowsMobile? On such WM device I've previously used MortButton and MortScript to simulate keypress and screen-tap events, to get around a cracked touch screen. In your specific case, installing such software may require hard/soft reset to get into a known state. Mmm ... that reminds me of having to hard reset my old WM device with a cracked screen, and not being able to get pass the align screen sequence because of the cracked screen, and that O2XdaIIs lies idle as a result. :-( If Treo on PalmOS, I've forgotten what I used to do on Treo 600. On second reading you might be on such, because you mentioned "Menu" key, not "Start" key. ;-) regards, sabre23t =^.^= On Tue, Jul 27, 2010 at 4:06 AM, davidekaufman <[email protected]>wrote: > Hi, > > My Treo screen is cracked, so touchscreen doesn't work, and I have to use > only keyboard and rocker keys. > > In Handyshopper 3.1, I have somehow landed in a screen I can't get out of. > It says "Data from v1.x", and to the right of that a tiny little "13/532". > The screen below that is mostly blank, except for a little "New..." button > in the lower left, and a checkbox labeled "Cards" in the lower right. > > None of the keys do anything in this mode, except for the menu key, which > opens a Misc menu where "About" is the only option.
