How to use program

I have downloaded icon mgr because so many people have recommended it
to help organize icons on my Palm TX.

I feel really stupid but I cannot figure out how to use this program I
have read the readme that came with the IconMgr download but I just
cannot grasp what I need to do.

I have icons on an old version of Agendus Windows Palm Desktop that I
have been using for a few years but do not know how to get them onto
the newer version of Agendus that I am trying out.  I would like to
use the icons that I already have and the new icons that come with
newer version of Agendus

I also have icons on my handheld that came with the Icon Manager
program that I don't know how to get onto Agendus.

Can someone please help this thickheaded dolt?
