Importing images

  Can one import an image into an icon?

  I've been drawing them up, shrinking them with an image editor to the 
appropriate size, and manually coping the image into Icon Manager. All the 
while trying to get the shading correct.  Without much success.  (too much 
trouble and the shading is never close enough).

  Is there an easier way, or am I stuck doing it completely manually?
