New file uploaded to IconMgr

  Description : My GTD (Getting Things Done) icons:  Simple icons with a 3D bevel, using colour as well as shape to distinguish between different GTD categories (call, write, read, waiting for, @computer, @errand, @home, @meeting, @office, @online, @factory, @site) + Roles & Goals (target) + a few other engineering categories (civil, mechanical, electrical, ICA, chemical) + misc icons for groups, initial letters for site names, etc.  I welcome any feedback.
