Distributing Icon Manager...

Hi,

I'm hoping this will reach Christopher Antos...

I'm just adding icon support to my launcher Initiate so that people 
can use icons for categories.

I have linked the full Icon Manager package from my site
http://hobbyistsoftware.com/downloads.php

However I would like my app to launch Icon manger when requested, and 
if it isn't installed to offer users the ability to download the .prc 
file directly to their devices.

Clearly this isn't allowed from the existing licence - so I'm 
wondering if I would be able to get special permission? I'm happy to 
figure some way of providing an appropriate message to the user and 
giving credit as requested.
