Hi Rob,

That sounds like a really nice feature, certainly you have my 
permission to automatically launch Icon Manager and/or ask if the user 
wants to automatically install it.

To clarify the licensing stuff:  My intent is just that I do not want 
third parties modifying/hacking Icon Manager, and I do not want third 
parties charging money for Icon Manager (because they didn't write it, 
I did -- they can charge reasonable fees for other value that they are 
adding, just not for Icon Manager itself).

Reasonable features/usage/etc that doesn't violate those principles 
seems fine.  After all, Icon Manager is freeware.  :-)
