Importing .BMP into T5

hi everyone,
I have a T5 and have searched this group for hours trying to figure
out how to make my own icons..... I figured it all out except - when I
synch my re-sized icon onto my expansion card - the Import feature in
IconMngr cannot see it....?? Its definetly there becuase my "Photos"
folder shows the miniture icon in amongst my photos....
Can anybody please advise...?
