Don't +sync+ the bmp to the card, move it there via a flashcard reader. If you don't have a dedicated card reader, you can use CardExport II to turn your T5 into an SD Card Reader. Place the bmp file into "X:\PALM\Programs\IconMgr" where "X" is the drive letter your desktop computer assigns to the card drive. Apparently, the sync software and/or conduits tend to change the formatting of the bmp files when synced.
