installing icon file sets

could someone post step-by-step instructions for installing the icon
files in Icon Manager? Thanks. BTW, I just joined, got my Palm T5 as
an early Xmas present, and downloaded Icon Manager four days ago,
right after I installed Handy Shopper, and I want to add more food
icons to the HS app.
